Have you ever wondered how to get crowds to check out your booth to learn more about your company at an event? What lengths would you go to capture the attention of your audience?

Would you build a space truck that looks like something from the set of Seventies TV classic Space: 1999? Assuming you said yes, would you then drive it from driving it from Cape Town to Cairo passing through Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Sudan?

Even then it there was a small matter of shipping to New York and driving down to Orlando. Software company ZaiLab did all that in 300 days to wow crowds at the Enterprise Connect Expo in Orlando, Florida in March 2018.

When I heard this story combined with the fact that ZaiLab CEO Nour Addine is a serial entrepreneur who has built and self-funded ZaiLab from the ground up, I had to get him on today's show.
Nour has also summited Mt Kilimanjaro six times and has created a culture of bringing his employees to complete the challenge.

I wanted to learn more about Nour and his story. We also discuss why the call center is a channel often left out of marketing strategies, and how/why it's critical in providing a genuinely omnichannel experience for customers.
