DHL is the leading global brand in the logistics industry. The DHL family of divisions offer a portfolio of logistics services ranging from national and international parcel delivery, e-commerce shipping and fulfillment solutions, international express, road, air and ocean transport to industrial supply chain management. With about 380,000 employees in more than 220 countries and territories worldwide, DHL connects people and businesses securely and reliably, enabling global trade flows.

Lee Spratt has been Chief Executive Officer of DHL eCommerce Solutions Americas since 2008. Lee has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Lee joins me on my daily tech podcast to talk about how DHL is helping companies drive out supply chain costs, automation and route optimization in particular for e-commerce retailers and market place sellers.

In a digital age where the speed of exponential change is moving at breakneck speed, many believe that big global companies are too slow to adapt to change. I learn how DHL is busting a few myths and helping businesses of all sizes meet the rising expectations of their customers as the experience economy continues to gather pace.
