Launched in 2010, GoFundMe is the world’s largest online fundraising platform, with over $2 billion raised so far. The global GoFundMe community of more than 25 million donors is changing the way the world gives.

140 GoFundMe campaigns had been created in a hub the platform created specifically for Olympians, and over $750,000 has been raised for travel and training costs.

I invited the chairman and CEO of GoFundMe, Rob Solomon onto the show to learn more about the platform that is making a real difference to people's lives.
