In the days before crowdfunding was even a thing, Naked Wines were connecting their Angels (consumers) directly with the world's best independent winemakers.

We get everything from supermarkets and it's easy to see how many believe we have disconnected from the world around us. We don’t know or care where our food, clothes, and even wine come from. Naked Wines are using technology to change all that.

There are currently 300,000 Angels investing every month, 130 winemakers across the US, Australia and New Zealand in full-time production just making wine for Naked Wines. As sales hit £100 million a year, I discovered that we are just scratching the surface with this amazing story.

I invited Marketing Director James Bagley and President of Naked Wines Anne Saunders to share their story.

When we strip their story back to discover it’s not about technology, million dollar funding or even wine but an idea and a desire to bring people together and make a difference.
