Many people nowadays are always on the go and find it difficult to break away from the hustle and bustle. We are always attached to our phones, checking emails, texting, calling, and checking social media. Believe it or not, the very devices that fuel our addiction can also pave the way to ultimate zen and focus.

An app called Meditation Studio is being credited to helping with stress, anxiety and sleep disorders.
